“FINE” vertical mud(silt) pump is developed and improved by advice of many users.The improved mud(silt) pump has the characteristics of high efficiency, good over-flow channel , anti-corrosion and long service life.

It is widely used in river dredging, sand unloading, sand extracting and land reclamation in rivers, lakes, sea and reservoir.The pump can be used with high-pressure water pump for dredging and land reclamation.

Several sets of vertical mud pumps and heavy duty horizontal sand pumps can be combined to work as a group to get much higher efficiency.

Water pressure is generated by high-pressure jet pump.High-speed jet of water through the water gun can impact hard sand,so the sand(mud) is wet and then collapse.The mixture of mud is pumped out by the vertical pump and is discharged to the sand field.

“FINE” vertical mud pump set is a simple equipment,and easy to use.It can simultaneously accomplish digging, loading, transportation, filling and other processes.So it has the advantages of high efficiency, low cost and not to be affected by weather.

“FINE” vertical mud pump set has been widely used in excavation works for coastal beach；sand(mud, silt) extracting in lakes and rivers; land reforming; farmland construction and underground engineering.

FEATURE

1.Structure of pump: made up of pump case, impeller, back plate, motor rack, bearing assembly and so on.

2.Shaft seal of the pump : rubber reinforcement oil seal. Oil seals can prevent solid enter into inside of bearing to extend service life of bearing.

3.Vice impeller is used to reduce back pressure of the impeller, reduce the axial force, prevent some debris entering into the sealed chamber, prolong service life of sealing parts.

4.The material of flow components is wear-resistant cast iron and high-chrome alloy material.

INSTRUCTION

1.“FINE” vertical mud (silt)pump set can be used in ranges of angle. It can be fixed in pontoon, floating platform or fixed frames.

2.Protective cover should be installed in the motor.

3.Cable interface must be waterproof.

4.It should be washed to be clean and tidy before storage for a long time.

5.It should be stored in dry place.

6.It should be upright when transported and stored.
