“FINE” also designs its own extensive range of dredge pumps. This includes low, medium and high pressure slurry pumps designed to deliver maximum efficiency and minimal wear. Most shaft seals are performed by mechanical seals.
“FINE” slurry pumps are Horizontal, centrifugal, one stage and single casing slurry pump. It can be divided into 4 ", 6 ", 8 ", 10 ", 12 ", 14 ", 16 ", 18 ", 20 " and so on. The kind of pump has innovation in the design of structure and hydraulic.
Wet parts are made of abrasion resistant high-chromium alloy, with characteristics of high efficiency, energy saving, wear-resisting and reliable running etc. They are suitable for conveying strong -erosion slurry, slag, and grout contained solid particles.
The concentration can reach 60%. It is an ideal dredging pump of discharging sand,slag, slurry, mud, silt and tailings etc.
FEATURE
1.Pump case{vertical middle-open type} adopts double metal structures, direction of outlet can be adjusted by 45 degrees.
2.Shaft seal is divided into three kinds according to different working condition: vice impeller seal, packing seal and mechanical seal.
3.It adopts enclosed impeller to have good performance of wear-resistant and very high efficiency.
