Introduction
1.“FINE” Centrifugal Irrigation Water Pump is handy single stage water pump, designed according to International Standard ISO2858.
2.Used for transferring of water or other liquids physically or chemically similar as water. Widely used in factories, schools, residential areas, hotel water supply system, farm irrigation & drainage and mine draining. It can also suits be used in four-wheel tractor.
3.Adopted with advanced technology, high quality of mechanical seal, newest appearance, pump is small size and light weight, simple to install, safe and reliable to operate for a long time.
4.With good performance, low breakdown rate and universal spare parts, its maintenance is quite easy and convenient.
Working Condition
1.The temperature of the liquids should be within 80℃.
2.Diameter of the pump:50-200mm; capacity:12.5~400m³/h；head：8~125m.
3.Driven by diesel engine, electric motor.
4.Power varies from 1.1~110kw and speed 1450~2900r/min.
Structure
Theory: Single stage, single suction,suspension type centrifugal water pump.
Impeller: Closed type; rotates in clock wise direction viewed from the pump inlet; and anti-clock wise when pump is directly coupled with diesel engine.
Outlet: The outlet is on the upper part of the center. Outlet part can be equipped with manual pump, and the bottom valve can be put off to reduce the hydraulic losses and also realize self suction.
Bearing: lubricated by grease.
Shaft sealing: constitutes soft packing, mechanical seal and rubber oil seal.
