“FINE” High-Pressure Jet Pump

Introduction

1.Application : industry draining and the farmland irrigation.

2.“FINE” Jet Pump is single stage single suction horizontal centrifugal water pump, provided in accordance with international standards IS02858 performance and size of the design.

3.Its technical standards reach to the international advanced level. It’s great promotion products of energy-saving pumps by government in our country.

Working condition

1.Medium : clean water or similar to clean water liquid without solid granules.

2.“FINE” High-Pressure Jet Pump: Max. Working temperature can reach 130°C;

3.Max. inlet pressure is 1.6MPa

Main structure

1.The single-stage centrifugal pump casing and cover are made up of the operating room of pump.The impeller,shaft and ball bearing are made up of the rotor parts of pump.The hanger supports the rotor parts of pump.

2.The axial and radial force of pump is borne by the ball bearing.The axial sealing of pump is made up of packing gland, packing and packing ring (mechanical sealing also can be used),which to avoid air to enter and greatly leak.

3.The shaft sleeve is installed on the position of packing to protect the shaft to avoid the wear of shaft. Sealing ring is installed between the shaft and sleeve to avoid air to enter and leak along the surface of shaft.

4.The front and back of impeller mostly has sealing ring to balance the axial force,and there is balancing hole on the back cover plate of impeller.If the axial force is not too big,there no sealing ring and balancing hote on the back of impeller.

5.The elastec coupler and motor are connected to drive.The revolving of pump is clockwise when viewed from the driving end.

6.The pump applies to the area of 50HZ or 60HZ power source.
