Floating Pipes are suitable for the transportation under pressure of liquids, with a mixture of water and such as clay, silt, sand, gravel and solids of large size.

Floating lines are an important part of the discharge process.

Adapted to the turning gland of a dredger, they must be of very flexible and robust characteristics in a professional, high-performance and customer-specific environment.

Diameters 4-inch to 34-inch (125 mm to 880 mm)

Two different types of floats available:

1- Standard empty floats composed by two shells, to be connected around the pipes on site.

2- Integrated floats, composed by a single shell, filled with polyurethane foam, integrated to the pipe, reliable and resistant, suitable for hard working conditions, free from installation costs as they come already installed.

SUMMARY

The shell of HDPE floater is made from medium density polyethylene material, has very good flexibility. It is filled with high-strength polyurethane foam. The floater has good property of impact resistance, waves resistance, reasonable structure, easy assemble,very popular as floating material of dredging.
